We previously ran our private hire bookings through a paper based diary as well as in Outlook on the computer which worked well for many years, but we recently had a break in in the office and the place got torn apart. It was frantic trying to sort of the mess and not let customers down. We have since moved to your service and its been a breath of fresh air. Wish we had this before the break in – would have saved a lot of hassle.
