Login to TravelManager from your iPhone connected to any 3G, Edge or WiFI Network. Its the same username and password as your TravelManager account and allows you to access the same information in real-time.

When you log in you will see the TravelManager iPhone Apps main menu which has quick links to all the functionality available. It will also tell you the last time you logged in.

Click on My Open Quotes and it will show you the open quotes currently not responded to.  The green circle represents that the quote is for work within your chosen area and the Number to the right of them indicate how many miles from your base.  If the circle was red it would mean that the quote was outside of your chosen area (based on the radius distance you have programmed in your TravelManager profile)

Clicking on an Open Quote will take you to the quote details screen which will tell you everything about the quote and allow you to contact the customer in real-time, decline the offer to quote or accept the quote request.

You can also click on the address to see an exact location of the job and the route on a google map.  Could we make it any easier for you?

You can email the customer within seconds of receiving the request with a personalised email with your pricing and contact details in. In this day and time speed is a feature and customers like service fast!

You can also look up your contacts from within the TravelManager iPhone application. You can phone or email them directly from here. Sharing your contacts with colleagues back at the office has never been easier.
