This weekend we rolled out to live a number of API’s for 3rd party developers. These API’s are being used in the iPhone and Google Android applications as well as by 3rd parties to integrate their software solutions in with TravelManager.
We have also completed a number of feedback requests such as more information on the PDF versions of the quotes and invoices as well as a radius reporting graph on the profiles page.

The new multi-lingual quotation widget is another industry first for TravelManager. The Global Passenger Network (GPN) have now launched this on their website (www.gpn.travel) which services some 20+ countries across Europe, North America and Asia.
Currently available in English, Italian & Chinese with German and Spanish due very soon and more languages within the coming weeks.

The Global Passenger Network (GPN) will be launching their multi-lingual, multi-operator quotation widget within the next couple of weeks. This is the first real step towards an integrated multi-geography, multi-lingual, operator for operator selling channel and a first in the industry.

We have been working on multiple language support for a couple of months now and this morning we finally got our first widget into multiple languages This is the FIRST time this type of capability has been available to bus & motorcoach operators anywhere
Here is the original English version of the widget (click on the image for a larger image):

The version displayed to the end user is based on his / her browser settings – so if they have chosen their default language to be Chinese then the Chinese version is displayed. If they have Spanish as default then the Spanish version is displayed. Imagine being able to allow customers from all over the world be able to use your booking engine online in their own language

and are looking to put into beta within the next couple of weeks. We will then focus on other widgets
