New Servers
The new servers have now been put in place and are ready to use. You dont need to do anything different – you will now be serviced from them. Total downtime this morning was less than 3.5 minutes

Initial testing shows that once you are logged in and have been browsing within the application for a couple of minutes to generate your cache – the pages load in around 0.5s
We have noticed significant speed improvements when using Internet Explorer 8 (Beta 2), Firefox 3 and Google Chrome over the standard Internet Explorer 6 – so we recommend that you upgrade your browser to one of the newer versions as soon as possible to take advantage of their new optimised engines.
For Example:
Firefox 3, Google Chrome & Opera seem to be the performance leaders with pages loading in around 0.3s and IE 8 is not far behind with 0.45s, but IE 6 still lags somewhat with page loads of around 1s.
To upgrade to one of the latest browsers on the market today – try one of the following:
